Toblerone Chocolate Mini-Cheesecake




Toblerone is one of the chocolates that always comes home to us whenever someone from our family goes overseas. I don't know why, but I remember always wanting to have the whole Toblerone chocolate whenever I see a package from a family.


Today, I'll be sharing with you guys this Toblerone Chocolate Recipe! It's easy to do because it only has a few ingredients and it's just the right amount of sweetness to it!


HOW LONG IS THE SHELF LIFE?

  • Shelf life, when put in the fridge, can last to up to 10 days.

HOW TO STORE THEM?

  • In an air tight container either in the fridge.





Kitkat Chocolate Mini-Cheesecake

 

Makes: 16 Mini-Cheesecakes

Ingredients:


Graham Base:

❑ 1 1/2 Cup of Crushed Graham Crackers (about 9 Graham)

❑ 6 tbsp of Melted Butter

❑ 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract


Cheesecake Filling:

❑ 2 Blocks of 8oz of CreamCheese

❑ 1/2 Cup of White Sugar

❑ 2 Eggs

❑ 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract

❑ 135g of Melted Toblerone

❑ 180g of Crushed Toblerone


Whipped Cream:

❑ 1 1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream

❑ 1/3 Cup of White Sugar

❑ 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract


Toppings:

❑ Whipped Cream

❑ 135g of Crushed Toblerone

 

Directions:


STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line your muffin tray with some parchment paper cups.

 

STEP 2: Make the Graham Base First.


Combine crushed graham, melted butter, and vanilla extract together.


Make sure everything is hydrated by the butter then equally distribute in your parchment paper cups, pressing them down.


Chill in the fridge while doing the cheesecake filling.

 

STEP 3: Make the Cheesecake Filling.


Mix together the creamcheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract until well-combined.

 

STEP 4: Add the melted Toblerone and Crushed Toblerone to the batter and mix.

 

STEP 5: Scoop creamcheese batter into equal parts using either an ice cream scooper or even your measuring cup, depending on what you have.

 

STEP 6: Pop in the oven for about 16-20 minutes or until when shaken, the middle only jiggles a little bit.

 

STEP 7: Let it cool down for 20 minutes before piping some whipped cream and adding the crushed toblerone on top.

 

STEP 9: Put in the fridge for at least 2 hours before enjoying! :)
